2024 (r-So.) | 14/14: McCray started all 14 of WKU's games during the 2024 season at defensive end. He finished fourth on the team in total tackles with 59, including three tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He also tallied four quarterback hurries and one blocked kick during the season. He tallied a season-high nine tackles in the Nov. 23 game at Liberty, The blocked kick came in the Boca Raton Bowl against James Madison on Dec. 18, and he posted two quarterback hurries in the wins against Toledo on Sept. 21 and in the win at Sam Houston on Oct. 16. McCray was named an All-Conference USA Honorable Mention Defense (DE) selection following the season.
2023 (r-Fr.) | 12/4: McCray saw action in 12 games with four starts in his second season on The Hill. He posted 42 total tackles, with 3.5 tackles for loss and one sack, had one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and recorded seven quarterback hurries. McCray had a season-high 10 tackles at Troy on Sept. 23 and a season-high three quarterback hurries against Sam Houston on Nov. 18. McCray's seven quarterback hurries ranked second on the team. McCray was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team as a defensive end.
2022 (Fr.) | 3/0: McCray appeared in three games for WKU during his freshman campaign. He made three tackles on the season, including one for loss in the team's 73-0 victory over FIU. McCray will maintain his freshman year of eligibility with a redshirt.
HS/MIsc.: Prepped at Sandalwoood High School in Jacksonville, Fla. Rated a three-start recruit by 247 Sports. Held offers from Army, Navy, Florida Atlantic, Howard, Mercer and Troy out of high school.
