2022 (r-Fr.) | 5/0: Ocean served as WKU's backup quarterback during the 2022 season and saw action in five games. He completed 7-of-12 pass attempts on the season for 135 yards and two touchdowns. He threw for 72 yards in WKU's 73-0 win over FIU, including a 44-yard touchdown pass. Ocean's other big game on the season was against Charlotte when he completed three passes for 52 yards and a score.
2021 (Fr.): Ocean did not see action. He will use the season as a redshirt year.
2020 (Fr.) | 1/0: Ocean appeared in one game in his first season on The Hill, seeing time in the Hilltoppers' final possession on Oct. 31 at #10/11 BYU. He will retain his freshman year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
HS/Misc.: Ocean threw for 1,858 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior, while also tallying 63 carries for 91 yards and one touchdown. Earned I-Meck 4A All-Conference honors. Rated as a two-star recruit with a 78 overall composite score by 247Sports. Chose WKU over Georgia State.
