Before WKU: Hampton joins WKU after spending the 2025 season at Central Oklahoma, where he appeared in 11 games and recorded 22 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, two passes defended and one blocked kick. He was at Dodge City Community College in Kansas. There, he played in 10 games with 22 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, one pass defended and two blocked kicks. Hampton played at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M during the 2023 season, recording 14 tackles and one tackle for loss. Hampton started his career at Houston Christian, where he appeared in three games.
