Ben Arbuckle was promoted to serve as WKU’s co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach in January of 2022.
Arbuckle’s promotion came after WKU produced one of the most electric offensive seasons a team has ever seen in 2021.
In his quality control role on offense for the Hilltoppers, working primarily with the quarterbacks, Arbuckle helped mentor Bailey Zappe who broke NCAA FBS records for both passing yards and passing touchdowns in a single season with 5,967 and 62, respectively.
Prior to WKU, Arbuckle was the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Seminole High School in Texas in 2020. He previously worked with former WKU offensive coordinator Zach Kittley as a quality control coach at Houston Baptist for two years from 2018-to-2019, working mainly with the offensive line for one season and then the quarterbacks for another.
Arbuckle played quarterback at West Texas A&M University and graduated in 2018 with a dual degree in Finance and Economics. Originally from Canadian, Texas, he went to Canadian High School.
