2015 (Fr.): Campbell redshirted his first season on The Hill.
HS/Misc: Campbell prepped at St. Xavier High School in Louisville under head coach Wil Wolford, where he helped the Tigers to the Class 6A Kentucky High School Football Playoffs in his final two seasons. In his senior season, he was a apart of a defense that moved St. Xavier to within one game of the Final Four before losing to eventual state champions Trinity. The Tigers finished ranked fifth in the state of Kentucky in 2013 with Campbell playing defense for the Tigers. Campbell was a participant and St. Xaiver's lone defensive representative in the Best of the Bluegrass all-star game for the Louisville Metro team and was an All-Catholic First Team selection by Louisville Catholic Sports. Campbell tallied 40 tackles (11 for loss) with six pass breakups and three forced fumbles during his senior season. He also played quarterback, wide receiver, running back and H-back.
