2023 (r-Sr.) | 4/3: Smith appeared in four games with three starts at receiver during his lone season on The Hill. He finished the year with 118 yards and one touchdown on 10 receptions. He caught a season-high five passes for 50 yards in WKU's 41-24 win over South Florida in the season opener on Sept. 2, and caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from Austin Reed during the Hilltoppers' 52-22 victory over Houston Christian on Sept. 9.
Before WKU: Smith started his career at Ohio State in 2018 before transferring to Cincinnati for the next-four seasons. He appeared in 21 games for the Bearcats, including the 2022 Wasabi Fenway Bowl.
HS/Misc.: Smith was the nation’s No. 39 overall player according to Rivals and a member of the ESPN 300. He was a four-star receiver who was ranked as the No. 3 player in Ohio (Rivals) and No. 126 overall nationally by 247Sports at Wayne High School.
