2014-15 (Junior) - (Cross Country): Lever led the Lady Toppers in all six races during the 2014 cross country season and capped a standout season with career-best 5K time of 17:09.03 to capture seventh-place at the C-USA Cross Country Championships. She was named a First Team All-Conference USA selection for her finish…She followed with a career-best 6K time of 20:51.76 at the NCAA Southeast Regional to finish 21st in the field of 257 runners…A perfect 4.0 student through six completed semesters, Lever was named the C-USA Women's Cross Country Scholar of the Year, earned a spot on the C-USA All-Academic Team and was tabbed a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection as well. (Indoor): Lever raced in four meets during the indoor season and nabbed All-Conference USA honors in the 5,000-meter run (16:54.03) with her third-place finish at the C-USA Indoor Championships…Lever was also named WKU's Conference USA Winter Spirit of Service honoree following the indoor season for her academic achievement, athletic accomplishments and community service. (Outdoor): Lever did not compete during the 2015 outdoor season.
2013-14 (Sophomore) - (CC): Lever began her breakout sophomore campaign on the cross country course, where she emerged as WKU's No. 2 runner behind teammate Lindsey Hinken...She was recognized as an All-Sun Belt Conference performer at the SBC Cross Country Championships, where she finished fourth overall with a 5K time of 18:03.3...She recorded the highest individual finish and best 5K clocking of her career at the Evansville Invitational, placing third with a time of 17:39.89...Lever was WKU's top finisher at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing 37th overall with a 6,000-meter time of 21:26.1. (Indoor): Lever was an All-SBC performer in both the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the SBC Indoor Championships, capturing runner-up honors in the 3K and placing third in the 5K. She posted the fastest 3K time of her career on her way to second place, clocking in at 9:42.37. Lever's 5K time of 16:56.51 was good enough for third place...She recorded the fastest 5K time of her career at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a runner-up showing at 16:44.20, which ranks fourth in WKU history. (Outdoor): Lever completed the all-conference trifecta during the outdoor season, earning All-SBC honors in both the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs. She finished runner-up in the 5K at the SBC Outdoor Championships with a time of 17:27.16 and garnered third-place honors in the 10K with a 36:33.55 clocking...She posted the second-fastest 10K time in WKU history at the Stanford Invitational, coming in at 34:30.45 to finish 13th overall at one of the nation's top regular-season meets. Her time was the second-fastest in the SBC in 2014 and punched her ticket to the NCAA East Preliminary Championships, making her the first Lady Topper distance runner to advance to the NCAA Regional level since 2010...At the NCAA East Preliminary Championships, Lever placed 37th overall with a time of 36:22.45...Lever also picked up the first win of her career during the outdoor season, besting the 5K field at the Kentucky Relays with a 16:50.81 clocking...At the annual WKU Athletics Banquet, Lever earned the Outreach-Service Award for exemplifying sportsmanship and character and being actively involved in the community....Lever was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team following the season after posting a 4.0 GPA as a communications studies major. She was one of 38 women in the country to post a perfect GPA while also meeting the athletic standards to be an All-Academic selection.
2012-13: (CC): Lever ran in all six meets as a freshman, posting a career-best 5,000-meter time of 18:50.20 at the Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships to notch 16th-place honors...Posted her best finish of the season at the Fast Cats Classic, placing 10th in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 18:52...(Indoor): Opened up her indoor career with a victory in the 3,000-meter run at the MTSU Christmas Invitational, clocking in at 10:33.81. Lever would also go on to post a season-best mile run time at the meet, finishing eighth with a time of 5:28.10. ...Barely missed out on Top 10 finishes in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships, finishing 11th and 12th, respectively. Her 10:33.73 clocking in the 3,000 and 18:07.97 in the 5,000 were both career-bests. (Outdoor): Posted career-bests in the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships, placing 11th in the 10,000 with a time of 38:58.75 and 13th in the 5,000 with a clocking of 18:07.16.
