2022 (Junior): Appeared in 14 games on the mound for the Hilltoppers and started all 14 of them … Went 7-4 with a 5.36 ERA in 89.0 innings of work … Led the team in strikeouts with 79 and had a team high 14 starts … Averaged just 1.56 walks per nine innings pitched … Had a season high 11 strikeouts and no walks in six innings of work on April 8th in a 7-4 win over FIU.
2021 (Sophomore): Appeared in 12 games while making 11 starts on the mound … Went 2-4 with a 4.52 ERA while recording 51 strikeouts in 67.2 innings of work … Ranked seventh in Conference USA with just 1.86 walks allowed per nine innings … Ranked third on the team in both strikeouts and innings pitched while ranking fifth in ERA … Tied for second on the team with nine starts of 5.0 or more innings pitched … Recorded a season-high nine strikeouts against Florida Atlantic (5/8) in 8.2 innings of action … Tossed a complete game against Marshall (4/10) while striking out seven batters and surrendering just one earned run … Tallied seven strikeouts in 5.2 frames against Bellarmine (3/16) while allowing just two earned runs.
