What do I do if I haven't received my membership package before I attend a game? Can I still get my free admission?
If you want to attend a game but have yet to receive your membership package with your membership card, please stop by the designated ticket offices and notify them of your membership and you will still receive your free admission.

What gates should I enter for games to redeem my Rascals ticket?
Football: Gates 3 & 4 Ticket Booths
Basketball: Gate 4 Ticket Table
Volleyball: Gate 1 Ticket Booth

If I purchase tickets, how do I make sure they are with my Rascal?
Purchase them upon arrival of an event at any of the WKU Ticket offices available. When you arrive to redeem your Rascals free ticket, you may purchase your additional tickets then to ensure seats will be together.

How do I purchase my parent discount tickets?
Whether you are purchasing your discounted tickets or general admission tickets, you should purchase the tickets at the event. This ensures your purchased tickets will be with your Kid’s Club member. Once you arrive at the event, you will go to the ticket office, show your Rascal’s membership card and get your tickets. You must have and present the membership card to receive your discounted tickets. Other sports will be added upon their schedule release.

Where do we meet for kids club experiences?
Prior to any kid's club experience, you will receive emails from us notifying you about times and locations of when and where to meet.

When and where do I pick-up my membership box?
You may pick-up your membership packages on kid's club pick-up days.

Volleyball - Sept. 13th (Pick up at Entrance 2 Marketing Table)
Football - Sept. 21st (Pick up during tailgate on South Lawn at Marketing Table)
Soccer - Oct. 19th (Pick up at Marketing Table)
