WKU Attendance Policy |
Registration in a course obligates all students to be regular and punctual in class attendance. Professors may drop students, who, without previous arrangements with him or her, fail to attend the first two class meetings of a course meeting multiple times per week or the first meeting of a class that meets one time per week. However, some professors do not drop students and the reÂsult will be an "F" for that class. It is the responsiÂbility of the student-athlete to confer with each inÂstructor (prior to the absence) to obtain class asÂsignments which will be missed.
Â
"Ninth Semester" or "Tenth Semester" Aid Policy |
Student-athletes must submit an application for "ninth semester" aid to their academic advisor in the Student Athlete Success Center by April 1st (Fall applicants) or by November 1st (Spring applicants). If needed, a student must submit another application in order to be considered for "tenth semester" aid.Â
