2016 (Junior): Started all 19 contests for the Lady Toppers, posting a career-low 0.60 goals against average in 1,647 minutes of action… Allowed just 11 goals and made 64 saves while recording nine solo shutouts on the season… Won a career-best 12 decisions while posting a 12-5-1 record… Made a season-best 10 saves at Memphis (Aug. 21)… Had a 533-minute shutout streak spanning from the LSU match (Sept. 8) through the contest at North Texas (Oct. 2), a streak that ranked as the longest in the nation at the time… Named C-USA Goalkeeper of the Week in two consecutive weeks (Oct. 3 and Oct. 10)… Earned Second Team All-C-USA honors following the season.
2015 (Sophomore): For the second consecutive season, Leone played every minute between the posts for the Lady Toppers... Registered 71 saves and six shutouts in her sophomore season, including four clean sheets in conference play... Allowed only 24 goals on the season and only 11 in Conference USA action... Had a 1.16 GAA (Goals Allowed Average) on the season... Had a season-high eight saves against UAB on Oct. 11... Had the sixth most shutouts and shutouts per game of any goalkeeper in Conference USA... Had the eighth best GAA and save percentage in Conference USA.
2014 (Freshman): Leone put together an impressive freshmen campaign recording 90 saves on the season and shutting out seven opponents… Named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team… Played and started in all 18 Lady Topper games… Held three Conference USA teams scoreless… Held nine teams to five or less shots on goal… Recorded the most minutes of any WKU player with 1659.
High School: Leone heads to the Hill after a highly decorated goalkeeping career at the ODP, Club and High School levels. Leone is one of WKU's most experienced ODP signees, spending five years with Georgia's ODP alongside fellow Lady Topper signee Bria Mosley. She's played three seasons with Tophat SC, leading the club to back-to-back Georgia State Cup Championships. During the club's run to the 2013 State Cup Championship Leone came up with penalty kick stops in both the semifinals and finals to preserve Tophat's State Cup crown. Leone's club has spent the past two seasons competing in the USYSA National League.
