2014-15 (Junior) - (CC): Hinken raced for the Lady Toppers at the Greater Louisville Classic in 2014, where she finished 30th overall in the 5K with a time of 17:41.45. (Indoor): Hinken did not compete during the 2015 indoor season. (Outdoor): Hinken did not compete during the 2015 outdoor season.
2013-14 (Sophomore) - (CC): Hinken was an All-SBC performer for the second-straight season, garnering the honors with a runner-up showing at the 2013 Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships. She broke 18 minutes in the 5K in each of her last three meets, including the SBC Championships where she finished second with a time of 17:47.8...Hinken also captured runner-up honors at the Evansville Invitational with a career-best 5K clocking of 17:38.56, which was also the fastest of any Lady Topper in 2013...She raced in four meets overall, leading the Lady Toppers at the Greater Louisville Classic, Evansville Invitational and SBC Championships while finishing second among WKU runners at the Belmont Opener. (Indoor): Hinken only ran four races during the indoor season but finished fifth or better in three of them, including a pair of Top 5 finishes in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the SBC Indoor Championships. She earned All-SBC honors in the 5,000-meter run for the second-straight season with a runner up showing after posting a career-best time of 16:48.41, which ranks fifth in WKU history. Her 3,000-meter clocking of 9:48.23 at the SBC Indoor Championships was also a career best and was good enough for fifth place. (Outdoor): Hinken was an All-Sun Belt Conference performer in both the 5,000 and 10,000-meter runs during the outdoor season, finishing second in the 10K and third in the 5K at the SBC Outdoor Championships. She finished runner-up in the 10K following a career-best run of 36:10.15 and finished third behind teammate Katie Lever in the 5K at 17:29.87...Just like the her 2014 indoor season, Hinken raced just four times in the outdoor season but posted three Top 5 finishes.
2012-13: (CC): Hinken became WKU's top distance runner during her freshman season, finishing first among Lady Topper runners in three of six meets and second in the other three...Opened her career with a 22nd-place showing at Belmont, finishing the 4,000-meter race in 15:32.60...Posted a career-best 5,000-meter time and finish at the Fast Cats Classic, finishing runner-up to teammate Vasity Chemweno with a time of 18:12...Was named All-Sun Belt Conference after placing seventh at the Sun Belt Conference Cross Country Championships, finishing the 5,000-meter race in 18:18.90. (Indoor): Opened her indoor career with a runner-up finish in the 3,000-meter run at the MTSU Invitational, clocking in at 10:28.38...Scored significant points for WKU at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships, finishing third and earning All-Sun Belt Conference honors in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:36.47. She also placed fifth in the 3,000-meter run, posting a time of 10:06...(Outdoor): Began the outdoor season with a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 10:03.96 at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invitational...Hinken recorded another personal best at the Florida Relays, finishing the 5,000-meter run in 17:19.70...Tallied a pair of Top 10 finishes at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships, finishing sixth in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 37:40.64 and eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a clocking of 17:47.30.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country all four years at St. Henry District High School....A part of St. Henry's three cross country team state championships....Earned the Kentucky High School Athletic Association's Best and Brightest Senior award....Named to all-state and all-region cross country team three times....Also earned all-state and all-region honors three times in track....Earned St. Henry's cross country MVP honors in 2009 and most improved honors in 2008.
