2019 (So.) | 13/0: LaFrance appeared in all 13 games for the Hilltoppers, continuing his kickoff return production with 19 attempts for 348 yards, including two season-long returns of 31 yards. On the offensive side of the ball, he had four rushes for nine yards and four receptions for 15 yards on the year. He made the switch to defensive back during this offseason.
2018 (Fr.) | 12/0: In his first season on The Hill, LaFrance appeared in all 12 games for the Hilltoppers, recording 33 rushes for 158 yards while adding 20 receptions for 148 yards and one touchdown on the season. His 75-yard touchdown catch-and-run on Sept. 8 vs. Maine was the longest reception by a Hilltopper and the sixth-longest by a Conference USA player during the 2018 campaign. He also contributed on special teams, where he returned 11 kickoffs for a total of 258 yards; in all, he amassed 564 all-purpose yards. He led WKU with three kickoff returns for 30-plus yards.
HS/Misc.: LaFrance played for recently-retired head coach Al Jones at St. Augustine High School, the same program as NFL stars Leonard Fournette and Tyrann Mathieu. He rushed for 1,225 yards on 239 carries in his prep career with 10 touchdowns and also added 207 receiving yards and 290 return yards for the Purple Knights. He was rated as a three-star with an 84 composite score by 247Sports, ranking 51st overall in the state and 70th nationally at his position. He chose WKU over 15 others including TCU, Texas Tech, Southern Miss, Tulane, Colorado State, Arkansas State and Toledo.
