2018 (Sr.) | 12/6: Deane finished his senior campaign with 44 receptions for 530 yards and six touchdowns, all career highs. His 44 receptions and 530 yards were the second-most among all pass catchers and his six touchdowns were a team best. Deane set career highs at FAU with 10 catches and 112 yards while his two touchdown catches at Ball State was a career best. For the season, Deane's six touchdowns were the third-most by a WKU tight end in a single season, and his 44 receptions were the fourth-most in that category. Deane also cracked the top five in single-season receiving yards by a WKU tight end with 530.
2017 (Jr.) | 13/1: Deane ranked second among Hilltopper tight ends with 11 receptions for 143 yards and one touchdown. He caught at least one pass in five games, including a career-long 34-yard reception on Sept. 16 vs. Louisiana Tech. He had a career-best five catches for 57 yards on Nov. 4 at Vanderbilt, earning his first-career start in place of an injured Deon Yelder. He caught his first-career touchdown pass on a 20-yard strike in the second quarter on Oct. 14 vs. Charlotte.
Before WKU: Deane came to The Hill after a junior college career at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. As a sophomore at NEO, Deane hauled in 22 passes for 322 yards and four touchdowns. His freshman season, Deane tallied 14 catches, 127 yards and three touchdowns. Deane was rated the No. 4 junior college tight end nationally by 247sports.com and No. 67 overall in the JUCO rankings. Deane was a consensus top-100 JUCO recruit across all major recruiting services.
