BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Women's Tennis Head Coach Greg Davis announced the signing of Madison Hill on Monday.
"Very happy to have Madison coming to The Hill in the fall," WKU Women's Tennis Head Coach Greg Davis said. "She's a very talented player who's going to thrive in our culture of academic and athletic achievement."
Hill comes from Saint Louis, where she played the last two seasons. She claimed eight singles wins during the 2025-26 year, including going 2-0 from the No. 2 singles position this spring, and added seven doubles wins from the No. 1 position.
In her first season at the college level, Hill finished third on the team in total wins, claiming 10, including six singles and four doubles. She was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for Feb. 3-9 that season, and also finished the year on the A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Hill prepped at Van Der Meer Tennis Academy in South Carolina prior to her arrival at Saint Louis.
She is the first new player signed to WKU's 2026-27 roster, and she will join a group of six returners from 2025-26 that includes Isabelle Einess, Ariadna Fernandez, Virginia Madueño, Barbara Olvera, Emily Schut and Andra Sirbu.
The Lady Toppers finished the 2026 season with an 11-14 record, marking the fifth straight season the program has reached double-digit wins. It is the second time in program history WKU Women's Tennis has accomplished that, also doing so between the 2009-13 seasons. The Lady Toppers have won 73 matches over the last five seasons, which is the highest win total over a five-year period in program history.
