BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Two WKU women's basketball student-athletes have earned recognition from Conference USA. Sophomore guards Trinity Rowe and Salma Khedr were named to the All-CUSA Honorable Mention team for the 2025-26 season.
Rowe led the team in scoring in 2025-26, averaging 10.8 points per game. Her 4.5 assists per game was second in CUSA and her 1.9 assist/turnover ratio was the best in the league. She led WKU in 3-point field goal percentage (42.2%) and free throw percentage (80.0%) as well. Against FIU on Saturday, the sophomore had her best game of the season. She went 7-of-9 from beyond the arc, going off for 24 points. She's the first Lady Topper to make seven 3-pointers in a game since Dee Givens made seven at FIU on Jan. 17, 2019. Against Kennesaw State on Jan. 4, Rowe dished out a career high 10 assists. She scored in double figures 13 times this season and had five or more assists in 10 games.
Khedr scored 10.4 points per game in 2025-26, second on the team. She led WKU in scoring in 10 games, including nine games in CUSA play. She scored a career high 24 points against Indiana State on Nov. 14. She poured in 20 points in WKU's win against rival Middle Tennessee on Feb. 21 and followed it up with 19 points in a win at Delaware on Feb. 26. She dished out a career high six assists at Liberty on Feb. 28. She scored in double figures in 15 games this season, the most on the team.
