BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Soccer Head Coach Jason Neidell has announced spring and summer dates for the 2026 Hilltopper Soccer Academy camp season. Â
Upcoming events will include four total camps including two prospect camps, the annual Team Camp, and the featured Half Day Camp. Registration is now open, and participants can register online (Camp Website). Camps are open to any and all participants.
"We take great pride in all of our Hilltopper Soccer Academy events," said Neidell. "Our staff are great role models and are organized and knowledgeable. Our camps are both competitive and fun. Whether connecting with the community through day camps, preparing teams for their season, or providing a personal experience through our ID camps, we offer a full range of quality experiences. The Hilltopper Soccer Academy is grateful to our largest community partner, Barbee Dental Family Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry of Bowling Green, whose sponsorship provides key funding for our camp events."
The one-day Spring ID Camp is fast approaching on April 19, 2026. The WKU coaching staff are eager to welcome and work with high school and college prospects at this camp. The Summer Elite ID Camp is a two-day event hosted on July 25-26, 2026. Both camps focus on educating participants about D1 college soccer through game-like competitive training that replicates the Hilltopper's own college environment. The ID Camps are a great way to learn more about WKU and the soccer program, while providing campers the opportunity to visit campus and interact with current players and staff. Space is limited, and registration is ongoing with spots currently still available in both ID camps.Â
Â
Team Camp will be July 10-13, 2026, immediately after the Kentucky and Tennessee High School dead periods. The Team Camp is designed to prepare high school and club teams and individual players for the upcoming season. Staff coaches will include college coaches from around the country, who will work personally with each visiting coach to implement a curriculum with tactics that highlight team strengths. WKU players will serve as assistant coaches, group leaders, and mentors.
WKU Soccer will host a Half Day Camp on July 20-23, 2026. The camp runs daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The camp is designed for boys and girls from ages 5 to 12 of all ability levels. Campers are grouped by age and skill level. Daily activities include instructional practices and games in a fun and challenging environment with emphasis on individual soccer technique, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Â
Early registration and other discounts are available for all camps. Please check out the camp website for full details, pricing, and more. Â
