BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Football Video Coordinator Chase Bitowf has been named the 2025-26 Conference USA Video Coordinator of the Year by the Collegiate Sports Video Association, the organization announced Monday.
It is the second consecutive year Bitowf has been named the CSVA Video Coordinator of the Year in CUSA and the fourth time overall that he has been named Video Coordinator of the Year. He was also named the 2017 CUSA Video Coordinator of the Year while working at Southern Miss and the 2020 Sun Belt Conference Video Coordinator of the Year while working at South Alabama.
Bitowf was selected by his peers in CUSA to receive the Conference Video Coordinator of the Year honor. He is now a finalist for the prestigious Bob Matey National Video Coordinator of the Year award, which will be announced at the annual CSVA banquet on May 20, in Denver. The Bob Matey award is presented to the Video Coordinator who displays innovation, determination, perseverance and technical skill as portrayed by the late Bob Matey, legendary Video Coordinator from Texas A&M.
Bitowf is entering his sixth season as WKU Football Video Coordinator in 2026. In his role at WKU, Bitowf oversees the day-to-day technology aspects of the football program. His duties include supervising a staff of 8-10 students, providing tech support for players and coaches, coordinating the filming of practices and games for coaches' analysis, and directing the production of motivational and highlight films.
In his time on The Hill, Bitowf has been a part of five consecutive bowl games – winning four – and two CUSA Championship Game appearances.
