BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU women's basketball junior guard Trinity Rowe has been named to the Conference USA Preseason All-Conference team, the league announced on Thursday. Rowe joins nine other student-athletes from around the conference on the list.
Rowe is coming off an impressive debut season with the Lady Toppers in 2025-26. Rowe was WKU's leading scorer, averaging 10.8 points per game and was named All-CUSA Honorable Mention. She had the best assist-to-turnover ratio in CUSA (1.9) and her 4.5 assists per game were the second highest average in the league.
The Pikeville, Kentucky native had a stellar year from beyond the arc as well. She shot 42.2 percent from 3-point range on the season, the second highest percentage in the conference. Against FIU in the final game of the season, Rowe caught fire and went 7-of-9 from long range. Those seven made threes are tied for the second most by a Lady Topper in a single game in program history.
The Lady Toppers were picked sixth in the preseason poll, voted on by head coaches in the conference.
WKU's season gets underway with a preseason exhibition against Young Harris College on Oct. 31 at 2 p.m in E.A. Diddle Arena. The game will serve as the program's annual Top'r Treat game with pregame trick-or-treating and Halloween festivities. The season officially begins on Wednesday, Nov. 4 against Chattanooga in Diddle Arena.
