BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- With the 2025 volleyball season just two weeks away, WKU Volleyball is excited to announce its 2025 home match promotional schedule.
Opening the season at home for the first time since 2020, the WKU Invitational kicks off the program's 44th season with matches against Wright State, Loyola-Chicago, and Drake, Aug. 29-30. Prior to Loyola-Chicago on Friday, fans can enjoy a block party with food trucks and games outside Diddle Arena while Saturday's match against Drake is the annual mental health awareness game and fans are encouraged to wear green.
A few weeks later, the Hilltoppers will host Vanderbilt on Sept. 16 in their inaugural year of NCAA Volleyball featuring Big Red's Rascals Night. Fans are also encouraged to wear red.
The following weekend, WKU Volleyball will host the Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic Sept. 19-20. Friday's matinee match against Bradley will be the annual Education Day while Friday evening's match against Indiana will be Volleyball Day & Camper Reunion Day.
Kicking off the 2025 Conference USA slate, WKU will host Jax State on Sept. 26-27. Friday's match will be Hispanic Heritage Night while Saturday's match will be Big Red's PJ Party and the second Big Red's Rascals match of the season.
On Oct. 17 and 18, the Hilltoppers will host the Bearkats with their annual pink out match on Friday, Oct.17, in honor of Hope for Harlie and the Friends of Jaclyn foundation. All fans are encouraged to wear pink. Saturday's match will be the Hilltopper Luau and HAF Appreciation match.
WKU will then host UTEP on Oct. 24 and 25. Friday's match will be 2000s night where fans can enjoy 2000s music, Big Red dance battles and more while Saturday's match is Iconic Duos day. Twins or iconic duos will receive a in-person BOGO deal on tickets.
The final home CUSA matches of the season will welcome Delaware on Nov. 7 and 8. Friday's match will be Alumni Night and Saturday's match will be Senior Day.
