BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Athletics is proud to announce that 11 student-athletes from six sport programs will be participating in the Hilltopper CLIMB's inaugural Overtime Program this summer.
The Overtime Program, developed through the Hilltopper CLIMB/Student-Athlete Development department, will launch with its inaugural class this summer. The program provides student-athletes who do not have a traditional college summer off, the opportunity to capture work experience in any form or fashion.
The program paired student-athletes with businesses in their desired field of work. The student-athletes have worked individually with businesses to develop an experience and timeline that best fits the schedule and needs of both parties.
