DALLAS, Texas -- Following a 3-0 sweep on the first weekend of volleyball, redshirt freshman Callie Bauer collected her first Setter of the Week honor by Conference USA on Monday.
The Hudson, Mich. native racked up 108 in three matches, finding a new career best 39 assists in the 3-0 sweep over Bradley Friday evening. Bauer elevated the offense with five kills and tabbed seven points against Miami of Ohio, Friday morning and continued the speed picking up 5.5 points in the Bradley match.
WKU is back in Bowling Green for their home opener against in-state rival Louisville, Wednesday, August 31 at 6 p.m. inside E.A. Diddle Arena. The match will be available on radio on 102.7 F.M. ESPN and live streaming on ESPN+.
