Nine former Hilltoppers are currently signed with NFL teams, here's what they did during Week 13.
GEORGE FANT, Seattle Seahawks
Fant saw time as blocking tight end and helped the Seahawks rush for 168 yards against the San Francisco 49ers. The Seahawks would go on to defeat the 49ers, 43-16, and will host the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football. Fant has seen an increased role in the offense and has helped the Seahawks jump to a three-game win streak ... "George's attitude and outlook right now are just so upbeat," Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said. "He's having a ball. I mean he's really having fun playing football. He likes his role, it's got a lot of variation to it. He knows he's doing well."
TAYWAN TAYLOR, Tennessee Titans
Taylor recorded his first career 100-yard game against the New York Jets. Taylor brought in three targets for 104 yards including a 55-yard catch that eventually led to a field goal. Taylor contributed heavily to the offensive performance and helped the Titans clinch a 26-22 comeback win over the Jets. Tennessee will stay in Nashville to face the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football.
TYLER HIGBEE, Los Angeles Rams
Higbee brought in two targets for 19 yards against the Detroit Lions and has multiple receptions in each of his past four games. The Rams would go on to defeat the Lions, 30-16, to clinch the NFC West and a playoff spot. Los Angeles will be travelling to the Windy City to take on the NFC North-leading Chicago Bears on Sunday.
