BOWLING GREEN, Ky.--Fans are welcome to get another sneak peek at the 2015 WKU Volleyball team Saturday afternoon as the Lady Toppers are set to take part in an intrasquad scrimmage at 3 p.m. CT on the main court in E.A. Diddle Arena. The event is free and open to the public.
WKU returns nine players, including six starters, from a team who finished with a 30-6 overall record in 2014. In addition, the Lady Tops captured both the regular season and tournament championships in the program's inaugural season as a member of Conference USA.
The 2015 season gets underway next Friday, August 28, as the Lady Tops travel to Wisconsin for a 7 p.m. CT showdown with the fifth-ranked Badgers on the opening day of the 2015 HotelRED Invitational in the UW Field House.
