BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - With the 2014 WKU Baseball season on the horizon the WKU Ticket Office is now accepting season ticket orders online or by calling 1-800-5-BIGRED. The 2014 season ticket package is just $35 for 28 general admission tickets that can be used to attend home games of choice at Nick Denes Field.
The Hilltoppers home slate features non-conference games against 2013 NCAA Regional qualifiers Louisville, Illinois and Austin Peay, including a March 25 contest at Bowling Green Ballpark against 2013 College World Series participant Louisville. WKU will also face off with defending Sun Belt Conference Champion South Alabama, another NCAA Regional qualifier in 2013, during a home series on April 18-20.
Other home opponents include a season-opening series against Missouri Valley Conference foe Southern Illinois, first-time opponents UNC Asheville and Texas State, Lipscomb, Belmont and SBC rivals Arkansas State, UALR and Georgia State.

The 2014 season-long promotions are highlighted by Sunday Fun Day, which features fan friendly activities such as free admission and an opportunity to run the bases following Sunday games for kids ages 12 and under. All fans will also be invited to the third-base party deck to interact with and get autographs from Hilltopper players and coaches.
Another addition to Sunday Fun Day will be $2 drink specials on the party decks beginning on March 9 and continuing throughout every Sunday of the season. Other season-long promotions at Nick Denes Field include the $2 weekday special, which features game tickets and Centerplate concession items at the concession stands for $2.
WKU will honor military members on Military Appreciation Weekend (March 7-9) during the Illinois series as all military personnel will receive free admission by showing their military ID and signing in at the ticket gates. The Hilltoppers will sport their camouflage uniforms during their March 8 contest against the Illini.
Sun Belt Conference action begins at Nick Denes field on Friday, March 21 and fans are encouraged to wear red during the "Red Out" game. The first 250 fans will receive a WKU Red Towel.
The Hilltoppers will participate in the Fifth Annual St. Baldrick's head shaving event following their April 5 contest against Arkansas State, an event that raises money to cure children's cancer. Participants will shave their heads in order to raise money to cure children's cancer through the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
WKU will battle cancer once more on Cancer Awareness Night against Belmont on April 30. All fans are encouraged to join the Hilltoppers in wearing pink to the game to support cancer awareness. The first 250 fans will receive a free pink WKU Baseball shirt.
