Navy Quarterback John Hendrick
On running the offense
"Trying to be a backup quarterback in this kind of offense you just have to be ready. You don't want it to happen, but you just have to be ready for it for when stuff like today happens. And today I had to make a little bit more plays than I usually do. I went out there and I played as hard as I could. Just wish I could have made a little bit more plays for the team."
On how he felt he played
"I didn't make enough plays. Plain and simple, I didn't make enough plays. You can't beat anybody scoring seven points. They're a high powered offense, and there's no way you can beat anybody scoring seven points. We have to score more points than we did tonight and we failed to do that."
Navy Outside Linebacker Chris Johnson
On the game
"We weren't opportunistic today. We had chances to score on offense and didn't get it done. Then on defense we kept fighting, but there were chances on third downs when we couldn't get where we needed."
On Antonio Andrews
"He's a very good player. He did a good job of making the first person miss on film and he was able to get it done today."
On having an off week
"It didn't affect us. I thought we practiced hard. I thought the focus was there. We just couldn't capitalize on the opportunities we had."
