- Trency Jackson, T.J. Price, George Fant and Chris Harrison-Docks all hit the double-figure scoring plateau, marking the first time WKU has had four players in double-figures since the Hilltoppers achieved the feat against No.1 seed Kansas in the 2013 NCAA Tournament on March 22, 2013.
- WKU recorded a season-best 53.1 percent field goal shooting percentage on 17-of-32 shooting. The Hilltoppers have shot 50 percent or better against Eastern Illinois (.500) and Southern Miss (.531).
- WKU shot 50 percent from the three-point line for the first time this season, draining 8-of-16 attempts behind the arc. The last time the Hilltoppers made 50 percent of their three-pointers was against ULM on March 8, 2013 in the first round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

- After falling behind 19-14 to start the game, the Hilltoppers used a 14-2 run over a span of 3:54 late in the first half to take a 28-21 lead which they never surrendered. Senior guard Caden Dickerson sparked the run with five unanswered points in a 35 second span.
