BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The fields and courts around Western Kentucky University are alive with activity this June - not with Hilltopper and Lady Topper competition, but with WKU summer athletic camps.
The first summer camps for football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, swimming and tennis have begun, and camps for baseball, softball and women's soccer are scheduled to kick off in the coming weeks.
Summer athletic camps at WKU provide a great opportunity for kids of various age groups to learn new skills from Hilltopper and Lady Topper coaches and players in a small setting, as well as have fun playing sports and make new friends.
