Bowling Green, Ky. The Western Kentucky University athletic department has cancelled the Hilltopper Relays scheduled for this weekend, April 10-11.
A short, but damaging storm rolled through the campus area Sunday evening April 5, causing significant wind damage to much of the equipment at the Charles M. Ruter track and field facility.
The meet will not be rescheduled and the WKU track and field staff is currently assessing options for the possibility of another competitive opportunity for athletes this coming weekend.
