During 2008, Harry Stubel did not see live action for the Hilltoppers. In 2007, the sophomore from Marietta, Ga., made one appearance against Albany, throwing one-third of an inning of work before redshirting the rest of the season.
1. What is your favorite activity outside baseball?
I enjoy playing golf when I'm not playing baseball.
2. What is your favorite food?
Steak and mashed potatoes are my favorite.
3. What books have you read lately?
Catcher in the Rye is what I've been reading.
4. What is your favorite spring break destination?
The Bahamas is my favorite spring break get away.
5. What was your favorite cartoon character when you were a child? Do you have one now?
My favorite cartoon character was and always will be Homer Simpson.
6. What is your favorite TV show?
I like to watch The Office
7. If you could have dinner with any person in history, who would it be and why?
I want to meet Sigmund Freud, just to see if he could figure me out and interpret me.
8. Have you traveled anywhere outside the U.S.?
I've been to the Bahamas and Canada.
9. What are your plans after your playing days are over here at WKU?
I would like to work in sports broadcasting or sports journalism when I'm done here.
10. What is your proudest moment in sports?
My proudest sports moment would be simply stepping on the field as a college athlete.
11. Who is your all-time favorite sports personality?
My favorite sports personality of all time is Kenny Mayne
12. What team do you currently root for?
My favorite team is the Philidelphia Phillies.
13. Who is your favorite singer or music group?
My favorite music artist is Led Zeppelin.
14. What is the best movie you have ever seen?
My favorite movie is Boondock Saints.
15. Who is the most influential person in your life and why?
I would have to say my parents. They taught me everything I know and I wouldn't be here without them.
