The Lady Toppers will take the court for matches during the day. All matches will consist of two games, played to 25 points. WKU’s matches will be played at 9 a.m. (CDT), 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Other teams participating in the event include Tennessee Tech, Belmont, Trevecca, Austin Peay, Jacksonville State, Lipscomb and Georgetown College.
WKU is coming off a 27-9 campaign in the fall, becoming the first Sun Belt Conference team ever to earn an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. In all, 10 letterwinners and five starters from last year’s squad return to the team in 2008.
