Bowling Green, Ky. For the first time in school history, the WKU Volleyball team will finish a season with votes to be ranked in the AVCA Top 25 Poll. The Lady Toppers (26-10) received two Top 25 votes and finished ranked 37th overall.
WKU fell in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to Cincinnati, after winning the Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship for the third time in school history. The Lady Toppers won the tournament championship despite being the sixth seed.
Seniors Megan Argabright and Julia Noe were both named AVCA Honorable Mention All-Americans, as well as being named to the AVCA All-South Region Team. Argabright, Noe and Brittany Bowen were also selected to the All-Sun Belt Conference Team.
