WKU Volleyball Team Ready For Super Sunday

Bowling Green, Ky. The WKU volleyball team is ready for Super Sunday and it promises to be an exciting day for the entire team and the community..  Immediately following the WKU men's basketball game against Louisville, the Lady Toppers, and the WKU family, will have the opportunity to watch s replay of the 2008 championship match of the Sun Belt Tournament on WKYU.  Then, at 8 p.m., fans can join the team at Double Dogs as they prepare to watch the NCAA Tournament selection show that begins at 9 p.m.

The Lady Toppers claimed the Sun Belt title by defeating New Orleans in three sets last week.  With the win, WKU will head to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in school history, and for the second consecutive year.

Fans are encouraged to join the team in celebrating the Lady Topper’s winning season and to wish them well in the upcoming tournament.
