Western Kentucky University has released sophomore forward B.J. Frazier from the team, head coach Ken McDonald announced Thursday. Frazier played in 17 games in 2007-08 as a freshman averaging 0.4 points and 0.6 rebounds in 4.0 minutes per game.
"B.J. Frazier has failed to live up to the standards of the WKU basketball program," said McDonald. "We will help B.J. to find another program and we wish him the best with his future endeavors."
The Stone Mountain, Ga., native scored a season-best three points in a December 5 win over Nebraska and logged a season-high 13 minutes against North Carolina Central on December 18.
