This spring, the Kissimmee, Fla., native earned first-team All-Arena honors after leading the AFL with 53 touchdowns while catching 125 passes for 1,739 yards — which ranked fourth in the league — in helping Chicago to a 12-4 mark and the Central Division championship. While he finished the year with totals of 93 catches for 1,320 yards and 35 touchdowns, it was his performance in the postseason that helped lead Chicago to the ArenaBowl title — he caught 33 passes for 452 yards and 10 touchdowns in the playoffs, including 10 receptions for 110 yards and three scores in the championship game against Orlando.
Sippio began 2006 with the Tampa Bay Storm, and was with the Dallas Desperados from 2004-05. He also played for the Greensboro Prowlers of Arena Football League 2 in 2003.

Sippio became the first player in WKU football history to earn consensus All-America honors in 2000 after being honored by the American Football Coaches Association, Walter Camp Foundation, Sports Network, Associated Press and Hansen’s Football Gazette, and he was also a first-team all-Ohio Valley Conference selection that fall.
