Originally scheduled for a 2 p.m. (CST) first pitch at Nick Denes Field, the Hilltoppers and Flyers will now begin at 3 p.m. The other two games of the weekend will go on as schedule, with Saturday's game starting at noon and Sunday's finale at 1 p.m.
Western enters the series 4-7, but picked up a 10-9 victory at Vanderbilt Wednesday afternoon in Nashville.
