Bowling Green, Ky. - For the second straight week, the Western Kentucky baseball team received nine points in the Sports Weekly/ESPN Top 25 Baseball Coaches Poll. With nine points, the Hilltoppers are ranked 42nd - up one spot from last week.
Western (7-4) is the highest ranked Sun Belt team in the poll. Florida International received seven points in the poll and New Orleans two. Future opponent Vanderbilt also received a point in the poll. The poll is selected by 41 Division I head coaches represent the American Baseball Coaches Association.
The Hilltoppers travel to Louisville today at 2 p.m. CST before hosting Belmont on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
