Welcome to the WKUSports.com media credential request form. This form is designed to allow you to request football credentials efficiently and in a timely manner.
To request media credentials for 2025 WKU Football home games, please complete the appropriate sections and submit below.
Each member of your organization should submit an application for credentials. Parking passes are limited, and WKU students covering the Hilltoppers may not receive a parking pass.
The deadline to submit requests for season credentials was Saturday, August 9. Only single-game requests can be made moving forward, and those should be made no later than one week before each game. Credentials will not be mailed, and will need to either be picked up prior to game day at the Athletic Communications/Media Relations office inside of E.A. Diddle Arena during normal business hours or at Media Will Call on game days. Media Will Call on game day opens 90 minutes prior to kick off.
NFL scouts should request credentials through this form. Scouts will receive a pre-game field pass, press box access, and one parking pass.
Credential Policies: Credentials will be screened and issued on a priority bases, with national publications, daily newspapers, wire services, originating radio and television networks, television networks, television tape crews and student newspapers from WKU and the visiting school receiving top priority. Requests from weekly newspaper, internet publications, and radio stations that cover WKU and the visiting team will be honored on a space-available basis. Requests for credentials will be reviewed on a week-to-week basis.
The AMR office has the final authority on whether those from any organization will be issued credentials.
Spouses, dates, equipment carriers and non-working members of the media are restricted from the press box, sideline and designated media areas. Any gross abuse of a credential to a WKU Athletics event will result in the immediate removal of the media member as well as the agency losing credential privileges for the remainder of the season.
