BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU Football is hitting the road this week as the 2018 Hilltoppers will host an open scrimmage in Glasgow at Barren County High School on Saturday at 6 p.m.
The WKU Alumni Association is also hosting a Hilltopper Back to School Social around the scrimmage beginning at 5 p.m. inside the Barren County Career and Technical Education Center. Appetizers, door prizes, and plenty of Big Red spirit will be provided.
Following the scrimmage, head coach Mike Sanford and his team will welcome fans onto Trojan Field for a meet-and-greet. Posters and schedule cards for the 2018 season will also be available for fans.
WKU is set to open the 2018 season at No. 7 Wisconsin on Friday, August 31 at 8 p.m. The game will air nationally on ESPN.
